Entire week and/or weekend rates available per availability.

Weekday Rates (Mon-Thur):
$175/Hour (3 Hour Minimum)
Hours Available: 9AM-2AM
Additional Time: $75/Hour

Weekend Rates (Fri/Sat/Sun):
$225/Hour (3 Hour Minimum)
Day Rate: 9AM-3PM
Evening Rate: 5PM-11PM ($750)
All Day Rate: 9AM-11PM ($975)
After Hour Rate: 11PM-2AM (Additional $125)

Cleaning Fee: $150 for each event

Additional costs include Walworth Co sales tax, cleaning fee, and a 4% processing fee if you choose to pay with a credit card.

Venue Deposit: 50% booking fee on date of reserving reservation. Balance due morning of event date. Cancellation for any reason will forfeit your deposit.

We’re located next to The Bottle Shop on Mill street (right off Main Street) in downtown Lake Geneva. We’re in walking range of multiple shops, bars, restaurants, and only a few minutes from the lake. The perfect location for easy access around Lake Geneva!

Venue FAQs

Have A Question?

Yes, you would need to supply your own alcohol, beverages, and food. However, there is a liquor store right next door (The Bottle Shop) and many nearby restaurants that deliver. We do also have bartenders available for hire who can serve drinks that you provide.

The venue has a full-sized refrigerator, ice machine and glassware. Please contact us if you have any additional questions.

We can comfortably fit up to 50 people in our venue.

Yes, there is enough space for a DJ and we can offer live music as an optional addon.

Lake Geneva has free parking from November 15th through January 31st. Paid parking resumes February 1st. Street parking is enforced daily from 9AM to 7PM. Meters can be paid using credit/debit card or by mobile app.

  • Kiosks: Pay-by-license plate kiosks with a 5-hour max. Parking costs $2 per hour Monday through Thursday and $4 per hour Friday through Sunday.
